There is a legal requirement to have preventative maintenance carried out on your Fire Alarm System, as specified by AS 1670. Transit will immediately assign your site to a local maintenance engineer.

If you choose Transit Security as your service provider, we will immediately assign a local maintenance engineer to your site who will develop a sound understanding of your business and who will partner with you to attend to your ongoing fire detection requirements.

We offer flexibility when setting up maintenance agreements and will tailor an agreement to meet your particular requirements. We are passionate about keeping unnecessary false alarms to a minimum and as a result offer a variety of solutions that range from evaluating system settings to reviewing detection types and suitability. We also offer Remote Diagnostics services that allow us to view events as they happen to ensure disruption and costs are kept to a minimum. In addition to Servicing your main fire system we also offer services to maintain ancillary equipment (for example Air Sampling Systems and Toilet Alarms).
